'I couldn't be more excited to be part of an issue that celebrates pleasure,' says November 2019 Playmate, Gillian Chan as the photographer, Kanya Iwana captures her. A beautiful model and recent psychology graduate, Gillian is thrilled to be posing for Playboy. 'Pleasure means peace of mind. And in recent years, I've realized that practicing self-care is key,' she says of the issue's theme. Modeling for a few years now, Gillian fell into the profession by taking a chance. 'I stumbled upon an Instagram profile of a girl I thought looked similar to me. I found her agency and submitted a photo,' she says. 'They got back to me within a week. I was shocked. I never thought I'd be a model.' When it comes to posing nude, Gillian is proud to show the world who she is. 'For me, posing nude feels like a form of artistic expression. Here are the curves of my body, here's how a body looks, and it's normal.' Learn more about the captivating Gillian, right here on Playboy Plus!
